JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Analyze and organize customer requirements conduct feasibility studies and validate functional experiments.
- Develop and document design solutions including design reports and experimental data.
- Conduct design reviews optimization and finalization; organize key component lists and estimate costs.
- Perform detailed structural design select standard components create drawings for machined parts compile BOMs and generate necessary design documents (e.g. design solutions flowcharts pneumatic diagrams and assembly guidelines).
- Oversee prototype assembly and debugging ensuring onsite troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
- Collect and analyze issues encountered during equipment delivery and onsite usage; continuously optimize and improve existing equipment designs while updating design documentation.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelors degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Strong listening speaking reading and writing skills.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in precision equipment design and die bonding.
- Familiarity with highprecision equipment design processes.
- Proficiency in CAD SolidWorks and other relevant design software.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team collaboration spirit.
- Preference for candidates with experience in relevant industries.
