Job Description

DAY TIME 7:00 am 1:00pm Monday thru Friday
- Ability to work around facility tenants.
- Sweep or Vacuum and damp mop hard surface floors and vacuum carpeted floors
- Clean restrooms including toilets urinals partitions sinks counters mirrors floors and walls
- Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap
- Clean entrance glass and other interior and exterior door glass.
- Remove trash from containers inside and exterior surrounding areas of building replace torn or soiled liners.
- Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners
- Clean exterior employee lounging area.
- Work effectively with other team members restocking supplies for evening crew.
- Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures including safety door lock time & attendance and uniform policies
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to work independently minimum supervision
- Reliable Transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check
