Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiasticIT Leadto drive ourChannels Customer & DataTech delivery strategy joining our CIO Domain as part of the CIO MT (management team) reporting to the CIO for ING Spain & Portugal.

The responsibility of this team consists of coordinating the technical strategic direction across theChannels Customer & Datadelivery domains defining and implementing standards and processes leading the team across a broad portfolio of projects and initiatives. The tribes under this scope are Everyday Engagement Human Connection Customer Interactions Data Management Know Your Customer and Internal Customer.

You will be leading a group of senior IT managers and you will play a critical role in their development as future ING leaders. You will have to create a culture of collaboration transparency responsibility and excellence helping other to be successful staying a step ahead and guiding engineering managers in your team to improve and grow.

You will work hand by hand with Tribe Leads to guarantee a consistent delivery across different tribes aligning business and technology priorities realizing each tribe purpose and exercising a collaborative leadership.

You will act as Tribe Lead for Internal Customer Tribe

You will be successfully implementing recovery strategies for project crisis situations.

Stability reliability resource allocation and budget management will be essential word in your vocabulary to ensure ING provides customer with the best banking experience.

Your key responsibilities:

As IT Lead you will:

• Be responsible for ensuring the overall IT maturity and for developing craftsmanship of the employees working in your respective domain.
• Provides highlevel strategic guidance to the IT Area Leads on development of engineers.
• Ensure IT Area Leads have appropriate competencies and skills by continuous improvement of their skills craftsmanship and the area of expertise.
• Oversees overall IT maturity in areas and chapters and drives continuous craftsmanship development.
• Ensures consistency in craftsmanship development to maintain a wellbalanced engineering workforce.
• Ensure that business activities within a significant area of responsibility comply with relevant external regulatory and/or voluntary codes and with internal policies to minimize business risk and protect the reputation of the organization.
• Be responsible for effective collaboration applying our One Agile Way of Working.
• Stimulates interaction between and alignment across people tribes squads areas and chapters.
• Drives crosscultural collaboration by creating awareness and understanding leveraging diversity.
• Creates an atmosphere in which everyone feels appreciated and heard and where everyone enjoys their work.
• Define the structure and growth of the Engineering team based on the companys longterm strategy.
• Maintain close partnerships with all business stakeholders.
• Define highlevel tech initiatives aligned with company goals and oversee tech delivery.
• Foster constant collaboration across teams and departments embedding best practices.
• Monitor coherence across various areas.
• Act as an ambassador for risk management and compliance raising awareness among staff.
• Keep knowledge levels up to date and embed lessons learned and best practices.

Sus principales responsabilidades:

Como lder de IT podr:

• Ser responsable de garantizar la madurez general de TI y de desarrollar la artesana de los empleados que trabajan en su respectivo dominio.
• Proporciona orientacin estratgica de alto nivel a los lderes del rea de TI en el desarrollo de ingenieros.
• Asegurar que los lderes del rea de TI tengan las competencias y habilidades adecuadas mediante la mejora continua de sus habilidades artesana y el rea de especializacin.
• Supervisa la madurez general de TI en reas y captulos e impulsa el desarrollo continuo de la artesana.
• Garantiza la consistencia en el desarrollo de la artesana para mantener una fuerza laboral de ingeniera bien equilibrada.
• Asegurar que las actividades de negocio dentro de un rea de responsabilidad significativa cumplan con los cdigos regulatorios y/o voluntarios externos pertinentes y con las polticas internas para minimizar el riesgo de negocio y proteger la reputacin de la organizacin.
• Ser responsable de una colaboracin efectiva aplicando nuestra forma de trabajar gil.
• Estimula la interaccin y la alineacin entre personas tribus escuadrones reas y captulos.
• Impulsa la colaboracin intercultural mediante la creacin de conciencia y comprensin aprovechando la diversidad.
