Job Description
An established nationally recognized law firm is seeking to add a Real Estate Partner to its thriving Commercial Real Estate practice. This is a unique leadership opportunity for a seasoned attorney looking to advance their career within a prestigious collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent sophisticated commercial clients in all aspects of real estate transactions including:
- Purchasing and selling commercial properties
- Real estate development
- Financing transactions (representing both lenders and borrowers)
- Commercial leasing
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and communication.
- Participate actively in business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys across various practice areas.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of comprehensive commercial real estate experience.
- Strong background working with real estate investment trusts developers syndicators highnetworth individuals brokerage firms and property management companies.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex transactions with confidence and independence.
- Positive energetic and teamoriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- A moderate book of business is preferred but not required.
