Job Description
This role is all about your contribution to the setup implementation development and monitoring of responsible gaming and compliance policies. You will have a key function in satisfactory complaint settlement within our international Customer Service team. Furthermore you will provide expertise to other units within the Entain group on topics falling into the mentioned areas.
- Handling and assessment of customer cases falling into Responsible Gaming field while contributing to the development of the operative framework
- Proactive customer account reviews and data analysis under Responsible Gaming aspects
- Provide consulting and expertise to Customer Service and within the group on operative matters with legal GDPR regulatory and compliance implicationsin liaison with internal and external counsels
- Complaint reviews case summaries drafting of final case resolutions handling of related settlement communication
- Collaborate with the responsible teams on internal and external audits
- Contribute to the relevant Customer Support and companywide projects
Qualifications :
- Interest and/or experience in Responsible Gaming understanding legal documents (for outofcourt disputes letters of intent settlement proposals) mediation risk management antimoney laundering compliance or other industry regulatory environment will be considered an asset
- High level of English and German
- Good level in any other additional language will be considered a plus
- Willingnessto work in shifts
- Good team player
- Analytical mind and highly quality oriented
- Proactive flexible and stress resistance personality
- Excellent communication networking and conflict management skills
- Motivated personality able to cope with complexity and deadlines
