Job Description

We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Accounts Executive to join our finance team in Mysuru India. As an Accounts Executive you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions ensuring accuracy in accounting processes and supporting the overall financial health of our organization.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments
  • Reconcile financial statements and bank accounts on a regular basis
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports including balance sheets and income statements
  • Assist in budget preparation and forecasting activities
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies procedures and regulations including GST requirements
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies and issues
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records
  • Participate in monthend and yearend closing processes
  • Assist in the preparation of audit materials and liaise with external auditors
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations
  • Support customer inquiries related to financial matters ensuring highquality service

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles Indian financial regulations and GST compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite especially Excel
  • Experience with financial and accounting reporting systems
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Goaloriented mindset with a focus on achieving financial objectives
  • Organized and efficient in managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Collaborative approach to working with crossfunctional teams
  • Customerfocused attitude when dealing with internal and external stakeholders


Additional Information :

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Fluency in English
additional languages are a plus
