Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As the Recruitment Manager you will play a crucial role in shaping our organizations talent acquisition strategy and leading a team of recruiters to attract toptier candidates.

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to meet the organizations hiring needs
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and create effective hiring plans
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Optimize the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technologies
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
  • Represent the company at job fairs networking events and industry conferences
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • 5 years of experience in recruitment or HR with a proven track record of successful hiring campaigns
  • Experience managing a team of recruiters
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies techniques and best practices
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Indepth knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional HR certification (e.g. PHR SPHR) preferred
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
