Job Description
You will play a key role in preparing and executing investment decisions in onshore wind solar PV and energy storage projects. You will also take ownership of project management and ensure highquality investment analysis due diligence and stakeholder coordination. In addition you will be involved in both buyside and sellside M&A transactions supporting OX2s strategic expansion.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading the preparation of investment decisions including financial modeling market analysis and documentation.
- Managing transaction processes including due diligence contract negotiations and stakeholder coordination.
- Overseeing external advisors and working closely with internal teams across development legal and financing functions.
- Supporting equity investment negotiations and collaboration with lenders investors and codevelopers.
- Engaging in buyside and sellside M&A transactions contributing to the growth and diversification of OX2s portfolio.
- Contributing to OX2s transition towards a hybrid energy company combining project sales with direct ownership of renewable energy assets.

We hope you have:
- 4 years of relevant work experience in investment banking private equity corporate finance transaction services or a similar field.
- A Masters degree in Finance Industrial Engineering Business or a related field.
- Experience in project management financial modeling and due diligence.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to work combined with a humble and collaborative attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across different teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in Excel you dont need to be an Excel wizard but strong skills are appreciated.
- Full professional proficiency in English skills in Finnish and Swedish are considered an advantage.
Additionally we value:

Practicalities:
This is a fulltime permanent position where you will be directly employed by OX2 Finland. The role is based in Helsinki with occasional travel to Stockholm and other European locations.
OX2 develops constructs sells owns and operates renewable energy solutions at scale. OX2s project development portfolio consists of both inhouse developed as well as acquired projects in onshore and offshore wind solar and energy storage in various phases of development. The company is also active in developing projects based on other renewable energy technologies such as hydrogen. OX2 operates across Europe and in Australia. The company has about 500 employees with around 100 working in Finland and is headquartered in Stockholm Sweden. OX2 is owned by EQT one of the worlds largest private equity investors.
