Job Description

Position: Senior Digital Marketing Programmatic Specialist

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Employment type: Fulltime remote (Portugal)


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Foster strong relationships with internal teams clients and key decisionmakers understanding their business objectives to identify opportunities and deliver solutions utilizing programmatic media tools.
    • Develop collaborative strategies that drive investments in display and video optimizing resources across different functions to create tailored sales approaches narratives and gather feedback for product development.
    • Stay informed on the evolving programmatic landscape serving as a thought leader for clients and guiding them through emerging advertising opportunities.
    • Provide comprehensive account analysis to ensure clients achieve their performance goals.
    • Lead platform training media planning and of display thirdparty video and connected TV campaigns.
    • Educate clients on the changing privacy landscape ensuring they are prepared for future success.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Native/fluent in German (C1 both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
    • Minimum 2 years in Digital Marketing Operations including content campaign management and optimization.
    • Ability to work independently with great attention to detail.
    • Proactively communicate issues and seek solutions.
    • Proficient in Excel including VLOOKUPs string functions logical functions and pivot tables.
    • Handson experience with digital programmatic buying using demandside platforms (DSPs) for largescale clients for at least 2 years.
    • Experience working with multiple DSPs is preferred.
    • Experience with integrating programmatic platforms sales and adserving systems.
    • Familiarity with both digital and traditional/offline media agencies and understanding of the market landscape.
    • Experience working with clients on advertising products or martech/adtech including pitching solutions consulting or product demonstrations.
    • Strong relationship management skills with experience influencing at executive leadership levels.
    • Excellent project management skills overseeing multiple projects executed by support teams and the ability to collaborate on crossfunctional projects.
    • Strong business problemsolving approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Proficiency in the DV360 platform is required.
