Amega Group is a growing fintech company seeking to hirea Head of Sales to lead and manage the global sales strategy and operations driving revenue growth and expanding market share in the forex brokerage industry. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience strategic thinking and a strong track record of driving results.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
Establish and structure the sales process from the ground up
Develop and execute a global sales strategy to increase revenue and market share
Set and achieve sales targets ensuring performance and team support
Identify new business opportunities and build key client relationships
Collaborate with marketing to create strategies that attract and retain clients
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales approaches
Manage the sales budget and forecast revenue/expenses
Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance
Requirements:
Proven experience as Head of Sales or similar in the forex brokerage industry
Experience managing sales teams and driving revenue growth
Strong understanding of forex trading market dynamics and regulations
Excellent leadership and management skills
Strategic thinker with a focus on business growth
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
