Job Description
As an Atlassian Technical Lead you will be a key technical expert and leader guiding customers and internal teams in the successful implementation and adoption of Atlassian solutions.
Technical Leadership:
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to customers and internal teams on the Atlassian platform including Jira Confluence Jira Service Management and other tools.
- Design develop and implement complex Atlassian solutions including integrations with other tools and systems.
- Lead and participate in technical discussions and workshops providing insights and recommendations on best practices and industry standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the Atlassian ecosystem and contribute to the development of Devoteams Atlassian expertise.
Solution Delivery:
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into effective Atlassian solutions.
- Configure and customize Atlassian tools to meet specific customer needs.
- Develop and deliver training and documentation to support customer adoption of Atlassian solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Atlassian implementations.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical audiences adapting your communication style to meet the needs of different stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers acting as a trusted advisor and partner.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical role with a focus on Atlassian solutions including design implementation and administration.
- Deep understanding of the Atlassian ecosystem including Jira Confluence Jira Service Management and other tools. Experience with Atlassian integrations APIs and scripting languages.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex Atlassian solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
