You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailResponsible for efficient and accurate processing of customer orders.
Own & manage customer order fulfillment process and lead the customer service team to meet the function objectives liaising with all parties involved including production plants transport companies and customer side.
Handle customers complaints/ questionnaire and ensuring customers satisfaction.
System databases maintain and responsible for different systems interface.
Work with line manger to support the overall customers service optimization and report making.
Prepare operation SOP and training material provide training and coaching to team members to improve service quality.
Take an active part in process improvements with other departments within Companys guidelines.
All other related issue for the function.
Qualifications :
Minim 10 years working experience in customer services roles.
At least 3 years on managing an international customer service team.
Good command of English fluent in speaking and writing.
Strong data management skills via SAP.
Be able to accept new challenges for changes with open mindset.
Strong attitude problem solving.
Taking care about customers needs.
