Job Description
Lead Activities Coordinator – North London
We’re working with a wellestablished familyrun care provider to find an experienced Lead Activities Coordinator to develop and lead a vibrant activities programme that truly engages residents.
The Role:
- Fulltime 35 hours/week (Monday to Friday occasional weekends for events)
- Salary: £16–£18 per hour
- Based in North London (nearest tube: East Finchley 30 mins from Finsbury Park by bus)
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in delivering engaging and stimulating activities for older adults
- Background in music OT art therapy or as a highly experienced Activities Coordinator
- Ability to engage with a diverse and highly accomplished resident group (including artists professors and doctors)
- Approachable and engaging communicator – able to build community links and bring in schools volunteers and entertainers
