The Construction PM You will focus on highlevel project management including planning budgeting and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project success including financials quality control and timeliness.
- Manage construction processes including Requests for information submittals change orders and invoicing.
- Develop and maintain project schedules cost control and status reports.
- Foster positive relationships with clients architects and subcontractors.
- Prepare project proposals and manage contracts.
- Conduct quantity takeoffs estimating and constructability reviews.
- Ensure project closeout and compliance with jurisdictional requirements.
Qualifications:
- Public works commercial or vertical construction experience is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in construction with a focus on public and commercial projects.
- Proven experience managing public and commercial construction projects with budgets of at least $4 million.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project Excel and PROCORE (or equivalent project management software).
- Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills with a track record of successful team management and project .
- OSHA 30 Certification.
