Job Description
Position Summary
Support payroll process in a multistate environment. Work closely with the payroll team to maintain and update a variety of payroll data to ensure that employees are paid correctly and appropriate deductions are applied with assistance from a Senior.
General Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and document all payroll records
- Detect and process issues related to uncollected payroll
- Follow and implement best practices and processes defined by the company to work with high standards of quality
- Participate in status meetings
- Attend internal trainings
Qualifications :
- English level B2
- Graduated from a Technical High School in accounting or executive in service center or university student in business administration industrial engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of MS Office Products (Word Excel PowerPoint).
