Your Role

We are now looking for a Working Student (m/w/d) to support our Customer team. In this role you will have the opportunity to gain deep insights into strategic innovation processes while being in direct contact with partners and our customers. You will act as a sparring partner helping to explore and develop new business models analyze market trends and contribute to shaping STABLs growth strategy.

Your mission

• Support the development of innovative business models that align with STABLs longterm strategy.
• Assist in researching and analyzing market trends emerging technologies and competitive landscapes in the energy storage and battery industries.
• Contribute to the preparation and evaluation of strategic business experiments using structured frameworks (e.g. Lean Startup Strategyzer).
• Collaborate on identifying key industry challenges and opportunities helping to translate insights into potential strategies.
• Help in preparing presentations reports and materials for internal and external stakeholders including senior leadership.
• Gain exposure to strategic partnerships and industry collaborations in the battery value chain.

Your profile

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Business Administration Economics Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interest in business model innovation strategy and sustainability ideally with a focus on energy mobility or cleantech.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex topics and communicate them effectively.
• First experience (through studies internships or projects) in business development strategy or innovation frameworks is a plus.
• Confident use of MS Office (Excel PowerPoint) and interest in working with data.
• Fluent in English and German.
