Pactos is building the B2B SaaS platform for the contingent workforce management. We help companies streamline the entire sourcetopay process in one single source of truth. Tasks
- Innovative FullStack Development: Independently design develop and optimize modern web applications across both front and backend.
- EndtoEnd Ownership: Manage the complete development lifecycle from requirements analysis to testing and deployment.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with design product and other engineering teams to continually refine the system architecture.
- System Optimization & Scaling: Analyze refactor and scale existing systems to ensure high performance and a superior user experience.
- Technical Leadership: Contribute to technical decisions perform code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster best practices and share your knowledge.
Requirements
- Proven experience in fullstack development with a strong command of modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React Vue.js) and backend technologies (e.g. Express.js / Node.js Python)
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable highperformance web applications and implement effective optimization strategies
- Proficiency in agile development methodologies (experience with Shape Up is a plus) CI/CD pipelines and automated testing to ensure rapid reliable delivery
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a passion for clean maintainable code
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of crossfunctional collaboration and glue work
- Highly motivated and proactive eager to take ownership of the full domain and follow through in a fastpaced aspiring startup environment
- Fluency in English and good command of German
