With 36 facilities worldwide Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing (BPT) is the largest network of bio/pharmaceutical GMP product testing laboratories providing comprehensive laboratory services for the worlds largest pharmaceutical biopharmaceutical and medical device companies.
Behind the scenes BPT is enabled by global engineering teams working on nextgeneration applications and Laboratory Information Management Systems(LIMS). These are sophisticated computer programs that will be used by our scientists engineers and technicians to document research experiments and procedures performed in our international network of laboratories.
This role reports to a Manager.
Required Experience and Skills
Experince: 5 Years to 8 Years
- L3 support specialists are experts who handle complex technical issues conduct root cause analysis and provide solutions often acting as subject matter experts. They support L1/L2 teams manage incidents/problems and execute nonstandard changes ensuring smooth and reliable IT operations.
- L3 specialists require a strong understanding of IT infrastructure systems and applications on Azure platform.
- L3 specialists tackle complex issues that L1 and L2 teams cannot resolve requiring indepth technical knowledge and problemsolving skills.
Qualifications :
Bachelors in Engineering Computer Science or equivalent.
