- Conduct targeted cold calls to potential clients across Australia leveraging your communication skills to engage prospects effectively
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria ensuring a steady flow of highquality opportunities for our mortgage brokers
- Utilize Hubspot CRM to meticulously log calls update lead information and manage the sales pipeline maintaining data accuracy and integrity
- Strive to achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and loan approval values directly contributing to the company s growth
- Provide initial consultations on mortgage products and services showcasing your knowledge of the Australian property market
- Schedule and coordinate followup calls between qualified leads and mortgage brokers ensuring a smooth transition in the sales process
- Stay uptodate with the latest trends and products in the Australian mortgage industry continuously enhancing your expertise
- Collaborate closely with brokers to understand their specific requirements and tailor your lead generation approach accordingly
- Actively participate in team meetings sharing insights and contributing to the ongoing improvement of lead generation strategies
- Adapt your approach based on market conditions and feedback continuously refining your lead generation techniques
Requirements
- Proven track record in lead generation within the Australian mortgage brokering or financial services industry
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional speaking voice
- Proficiency in using CRM systems particularly Hubspot with the ability to efficiently manage and update customer data
- Strong understanding of the Australian mortgage market financial products and current industry trends
- Selfmotivated individual with a resultsdriven approach and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Resilient personality with the capacity to maintain a positive attitude when facing rejection during cold calling
- Basic understanding of loan servicing processes and document requirements in the mortgage industry
