We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Senior Sales Executive to join our team in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client relationship management. As a Senior Sales Executive you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities developing and implementing sales plans and providing sales analysis to optimize performance. Additionally you will work closely with the sales team to provide coaching and support to enhance sales capabilities and achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base and market presence.
- Conduct sales analysis to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide coaching and support in sales techniques and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor sales channels and market trends to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.
