Job Description
This is a remote position.
Job Highlights:
Contract: Independent Contractor
Work schedule: Flexible between 8am to 7pm EST

Responsibilities:
- Follow up with referring entities ensuring seamless communication and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with healthcare providers clinics and other key stakeholders to promote collaboration and referral opportunities.
- Sustain and develop marketing relationships to enhance visibility and strengthen our presence within the healthcare community.
- Serve as the primary liaison for B2B interactions representing the organization with professionalism and expertise.
- Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to align outreach initiatives with organizational goals and strategies.
- Track and report on B2B relationship metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and measure the success of initiatives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a medical healthcare or marketingrelated role with a focus on relationship management.
- Bilingual Spanish speakers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage schedules effectively meetings and followups.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and healthcare referral processes is a plus.
- A proactive and selfmotivated attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
