Job Description: Application Performance Monitoring Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Application Performance Monitoring Specialist with over 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of application architecture and possess the ability to effectively monitor application performance for optimal coverage.
Location: Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
- Gain a deep understanding of the applications architecture to determine the most effective monitoring strategies.
- Proficient in monitoring tools with a preference for Vusmartmap.
- Generate MIS reports to provide insights into application performance.
- Manage vendors and track SLAs to ensure service delivery standards are met.
- Possess a basic understanding of operating systems and databases.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in application performance monitoring.
- Proficiency in Vusmartmap and at least one other secondary skill.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to understand and work with application architecture.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and MIS reporting.
- Experience in vendor management and SLA tracking.
- Basic understanding of operating systems and databases.
