Job Description
Your mission
As Accounting Specialist you will closely work with the rest of the Accounting team in Serbia Germany and the USand you will report directly to our Accounting Team Lead. Were dedicated to find someone who enjoys working with numbers and is analytical and well organized.
Your daytoday will also consist of mainly these topics:
- Manage customer invoices and payments
- Monitor and reconcile customer accounts
- Followup on overdue payments
- Check and approve Travel Expenses and Reimbursements
- Assist in monthly quarterly and annual financial MonthEnd Closing processes
- Intercompany reconciliation
- Reconcile the accounts receivable subledger and general ledger
- Further Ad Hoc request and accounting task
Qualifications :

As our ideal candidate for this role you come with the following skills and competencies:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Financeor an equivalent education
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
- Good analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to navigate Excel at an intermediate level
- Experience in using accounting software
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Fluent in English
