- Are proficient in Figma Adobe Creative Cloud and other design tools.
- Apply experience using data and user insights to drive design decisions
- Optimise and continuously improve design workflows for efficiency and quality.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics ensuring visually polished designs.
- Have the ability to prioritise and balance multiple projects delivering highimpact results.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to align UX with development needs.
- Possess a deep understanding of software development processes and seamless integration of design assets.
