As a Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for managing the fullcycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and implement effective talent strategies to attract highquality candidates.
- FullCycle Recruitment: Manage the endtoend hiring process including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates.
- Sourcing & Outreach: Utilize job boards LinkedIn networking events and other creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and a seamless hiring process.
- Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices align with company policies and employment laws.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in talent acquisition recruitment or HR.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter ATS platforms and job boards.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and work in a fastpaced environment and experience in best hiring practices.
- Strong stakeholder management experience through effective business partnerships and a deep understanding of departmental needs.
- Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing and employment law is a plus.
- Good communication skills in German and English.
