Location: Remote (Philippinesbased)
Work Hours: 8 AM 5 PM PST Monday Friday (including weekend coverage as needed)
Salary Range: $1000 $1600/month
Company Overview: Alderai is a growing restoration company seeking to streamline and scale its operations by building an offshore team. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries dispatch services and provide administrative support to our expanding business.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a professional and timely manner
Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls efficiently
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems with accurate information
Handle complaints provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution
Work collaboratively with the onshore team to ensure seamless customer service delivery
Assist with administrative tasks related to customer interactions and service scheduling
Provide weekend coverage as needed for emergency service calls
Requirements:
2 years of customer service experience preferably in a home services or restoration industry
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to work US hours (PST) and provide occasional weekend support
Experience using CRM or dispatching software (preferred but not required)
Problemsolving mindset with the ability to handle customer concerns professionally
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for handling calls
