MGH Global Health is seeking an experienced Research Grants Manager to oversee a large and complex research and contract portfolio that includes domestic and international subcontracts. The successful candidate will have experience preparing submitting and managing grants that include subcontracts to low to middle income countries. An excellent command of pre and post award grant experience is essential.
The incumbent will work with Partners Research Management to develop policies and procedures for international research engagements. They must be willing to travel to grant locations and take the lead in training foreign staff to increase research management capacity as well as assist with developing management systems to ensure compliance with all NIH US and incountry policies and procedures. Knowledge of the following systems is preferred: Insight/InfoEd NCBI eCommons Adobe Excel
Demonstrated work experience preparing submitting and managing grants that include subcontracts to low to middle income countries. An excellent command of pre and post award grant experience is essential.
