This position is for our Extendicare Tecumseh Home located in Tecumseh Ontario
What youll be doing
- Consult with and advise the Dietary Manager and Director of Care concerning nutrition and hydration program needs through performing nutritional assessment using RAI MDS 2.0 nutritional care planning implementation and followup for residents by involving the resident family members and care team.
What you bring
- Registered Dietitian eligible for membership with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
- 35 years experience in longterm care setting with extensive knowledge of geriatric nutrition
- Proficiency and Experience with RAI MDS 2.0 familiarity with software PointClickCare is an asset
