Job Description
Visa U.S.A. Inc a Visa Inc. company needs a Audit Manager (multiple openings) in Atlanta GA to
- Participate in audit risk assessment planning and audit scope development as well as project as a critical team member on large complex projects.
- Lead the of specific areas of a project supervising other team members and providing coaching where requested.
- Review the companys IT systems and business process controls to ensure effective and secure operations.
- Identify assess and test business and IT general application and automated controls and processes.
- Provide coaching to business process auditors on basic IT auditing.
- Act as the incharge for select audit projects conducting the audit planning overseeing the of the audit and leading closing activities.
- Supervision includes assessing project status and results and overseeing timely completion including work paper review and report preparation.
- Provide reports to managers on the effectiveness of their business units internal control structure along with recommendations that improve the effectiveness efficiency and economic value of a control or process.
- Evaluate the adequacy and timeliness of managements response and the corrective action taken on relevant weaknesses noted within audit reports.
- Maintain business relationships with appropriate levels of management to ensure that Internal Audit is aware of changes in business activities and objectives.
- Position resides in the Atlanta Georgia office and may allow for partial telecommuting
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
- Employer will accept a Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems Information Technology or related field and 5 years of progressive post baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in an Audit Managerrelated occupation.
- Alternatively Employer will accept a Masters degree in Management Information Systems Information Technology or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in an Audit Managerrelated occupation.
- Executing audits within a complex operational and regulatory environment.
- Evaluating controls associated with complex business processes and understanding of IT security processes risks and controls.
- Utilizing internal audit tools (e.g. TeamMate PowerBI Tableau) during the of audit risk assessments and audit engagements.
- Supporting audit management in the preparation of engagement risk assessments planning and audit scope development.
- Assessing audit findings through documentation of key points of control weaknesses root causes risks and recommendations.
- Assisting business partners with the development of Management Action Plans to address audit findings.
Additional Information :
Worksite: Atlanta GA
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 23 set days a week (determined by leadership/site) with a general guidepost of being in the office 50 or more of the time based on business needs.
Travel Requirements: No travel required.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $113569.00 USD to $169400.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on jobrelated factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity.
