Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and open doors
- Provide directions for parking and control incoming and outgoing traffic
- Valet park and retrieve cars upon request
- Transport guests and staff in Rimrock shuttle bus
- Ensure driveway and entrance are clean and clear of garbage dirt snow and ice
- Store luggage for guests and correctly identify stored bags
- Assist guests with transporting luggage or bring baggage up to guests rooms and retrieve when requested
- Deliver items and packages to guest rooms or to the respective department
Qualifications :
- Must have a valid drivers license equivalent to Alberta Class 5 and clean drivers abstract
- Must be comfortable driving large trucks luxury vehicles and vehicles with standard transmission
- To drive Shuttles must obtain an Alberta Class 4 drivers license within a specified time period
- Available to work flexible hours including late night and early morning shifts on rotation
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds and standing and walking for 8hour shifts
- Previous guest services or bell desk experience preferred
- Customerservice oriented with excellent communication skills
Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
