Responsibilities:
1. Conduct reserach in lowbit precision training quantization and model compression e.g. VLM onvehicle landing.
2. Closely collaborate with researchers from top insititutions in China push the completion and application of research projects and apply for relevant patents.
3. Actively follow frontiers of research extensively explore viable research ideas and applications and verify prototypes.

Requirements:
1. Strong programming skills proficiency in mainstream deep learning frameworks experience in relevant projects is a plus.
2. Fluency in English including listening speaking reading and writing.
3. Doctorate degree in computer science AI electronic/electrical engineering or other STEM majors.
4. Publications in top journals or conferences.
