Overall Role Objective: To develop and execute a content strategy that drives organic traffic generates sign ups and supports the companys organic marketing growth goals. You will also assist the product team in communicating important updates.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Planning 25:
Together with the Head of Marketing you will define the overarching content strategy outlining key themes target audiences and campaign goals. The Content Creator will play a crucial role in shaping the specific content pieces within this framework.
Content Calendar Development: Create and maintain a content calendar that aligns with marketing objectives and target audience interests ensuring consistent and timely publishing.
Content Ideation & Brainstorming: Generate creative content ideas that resonate with the target audience and support marketing campaigns.
Competitive Analysis: Research competitor content and identify opportunities to differentiate our content and stand out in the market.
Content Creation & Production 65:
Youll be responsible for producing highquality written content including blog posts ebooks website copy social media captions and email marketing materials. While strong visual content creation skills are a significant advantage the Head Designer / Art Director will be available to assist in the development of visual assets.
Blog Post Writing: Write engaging and informative blog posts on a variety of topics related to our industry and target audience needs. This task involves not just writing content from scratch but interviewing and sourcing drafts from others in the company to share with our audience.
Ebook & White Paper Creation: Develop indepth ebooks and white papers on specific topics to generate leads and establish thought leadership.
Social Media Content Creation: Create engaging social media content (posts captions visuals) that drives engagement and brand awareness.
Email Marketing Content: Assist in developing email marketing content (newsletters promotional emails automated sequences) that nurtures leads and drives conversions.
Content Promotion & Distribution 10:
Youll be responsible for scheduling posts across our social media platforms and ensuring proper distribution through relevant email newsletters and other applicable channels. The Content Creator will play a key role in preparing the content for distribution including crafting engaging social media captions and email subject lines.
Social Media Promotion: Promote content across various social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
Email Marketing Distribution: Distribute content to email subscribers through targeted campaigns.
Outreach & Link Building: Identify and reach out to relevant influencers and websites to promote content and build backlinks.
Content Repurposing: Repurpose existing content into different formats (e.g. blog posts into infographics webinars into blog posts) to maximize its value.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Content Creator:
Website Traffic (Organic): Increase in organic traffic to the company website.
Organic Sign Ups: Number of leads generated through content marketing efforts.
Content Quality: Quality of content as measured by engagement readability and accuracy.

Writing Skills: Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.
Content Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with content marketing strategies and tactics.
Experience writing content with compelling calls to action to influence customer behaviour and drive conversions from prospect to paying customer.

Requirements:
Native level English
Excellent communication and writing skills
3 5 years of experience in marketing or relevant field
Experience working in SaaS preferred
Able to provide examples of previous content that has driven measurable results.
Supervision and Mentorship:
The Content Creator will report directly to the Head of Marketing.
Regular oneonone meetings will be held to discuss progress on projects review content performance address any roadblocks and provide feedback.
The Head of Marketing will provide guidance on content strategy SEO best practices target audience insights and brand messaging.
Collaborative brainstorming sessions will be scheduled regularly to generate new ideas.
The Head of Marketing will review and approve all content before publication providing constructive feedback to ensure quality and alignment with brand guidelines.
The Content Creator will receive regular feedback on their performance focusing on both strengths and areas for improvement tied to the defined KPIs. This will include discussions on how their content is contributing to business growth and organic sign ups.
Full Time
