Business Studies Teacher Surrey Secondary School
An Outstanding secondary school in Surrey is seeking a dynamic and engaging Business Studies Teacher to join their successful department. This is a fulltime permanent position teaching Key Stages 4 and 5. The school has a strong focus on preparing students for the real world of business and enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver stimulating and relevant Business Studies lessons that connect theory to practice.
- Cover a range of topics including marketing finance human resources operations and entrepreneurship.
- Prepare students for success in Business Studies qualifications (e.g. GCSE ALevel BTEC).
- Develop students analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Assess student progress effectively and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the development of the Business Studies curriculum potentially incorporating realworld case studies and guest speakers.
- Teaching at an Outstanding level
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A degree in Business Studies or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Business Studies at the secondary level (Key Stages 4 and 5.
- Strong subject knowledge and an understanding of current business trends and practices.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
