Content Specialist Legal Technology

Location: Netherlands Hybrid FullTime

About the Role

As a Content Specialist you will play a key role in developing and maintaining highquality legal content within a cuttingedge legal practice management platform. Working closely with database designers and developers you will ensure the accuracy compliance and automation of legal forms and workflows across multiple practice areas.

This role is ideal for a legal professional (paralegal legal assistant or lawyer) looking to transition into the legal tech industry while leveraging their expertise to streamline and enhance legal processes.

Key Responsibilities

Research and update legal forms legislation and processes relevant to case management.
Ensure compliance of automation templates and legal databases with industry standards.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to improve legal workflows and documentation.
Train operational teams on new content releases and system enhancements.
Analyze user feedback and implement improvements for a seamless client experience.
Work closely with technical teams to enhance automation and functionality.

What Youll Bring

2 years of experience in a law firm (paralegal legal assistant lawyer etc..
Strong understanding of legal documentation case management and compliance.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong communication skills in English and Dutch.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with a willingness to learn new technologies.
Experience with legal tech or case management systems (preferred).
