Job Description

We are looking for a Talent & Leadership Coordinator to join our People Team. This role will support the delivery of our Talent & Leadership agenda by providing essential operational administrative and logistical support across key initiatives.

Main Duties:
This role will involve working across the core pillars of our Talent & Leadership strategy Leadership Development Early Careers Talent Management and Employee Engagement. Key responsibilities include:

  • Operational Support: providing administration assistance such as managing inboxes meeting schedules room bookings material preparation and payment requisitions to support the efficient delivery of projects.
  • Event & Logistics Coordination: Assisting with careers fairs assessment centres talent lunches speaker series and other events to strengthen our T&L brand.
  • Learning & Development Administration: Administering the Learning Management System (LMS) managing learning licenses and ensuring accurate attendance and reporting for learning programs.
  • Early Careers Support: Coordinating onboarding activities work experience programmes visa submissions invitation letters and certificates to deliver a positive experience for our future talent.
  • Reporting & Communications: Supporting effective cost cap reporting maintaining SharePoint updates preparing stakeholder communications and managing surveys to ensure effective collaboration and accurate data.
  • Engagement & Collaboration: Contributing to employee engagement initiatives supporting thirdparty partnerships and assisting with the logistics of Talent & Leadership projects.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in administration with an interest in a career in the HR space.
  • Bachelors degree in a related field.
  • Previous experience in planning and scheduling whilst working to deadlines is desirable
