Job Description

Assistant F&B Manager

Lyndhurst SO43 England United Kingdom

Job Type: Fulltime

Salary: £30000 annually plus £3500 Guarenteed TRONC plus Variable TRONC

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing all aspects of the food and beverage operations ensuring high standards are maintained.
  • Support the F&B Manager in developing and implementing innovative menu concepts including seasonal updates and special promotions.
  • Oversee daily operations ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
  • Coordinate and supervise the F&B staff providing training and performance feedback to enhance team productivity and service quality.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement changes where necessary to improve overall service delivery.
  • Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies to ensure the availability of highquality food and beverage products.
  • Prepare reports and analysis on F&B operations including sales performance cost control and financial analysis.
  • Participate in events and promotions to enhance guest experience and boost revenue.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management Food & Beverage Management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food and beverage service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with guests and staff.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fastpaced environment.

Desired Experience:

  • Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within the food and beverage industry is preferred.
  • Experience in luxury hotels or fine dining establishments is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing guest satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with developing menus and cost control measures.
