Work Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer Corporate Training Specialist or in a related role.
- Prior experience in chat and voice process training within the Telecom industry is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training schedules based on process requirements.
- Conduct new hire training batches refresher training and crosstraining as needed.
- Design and update training materials using research and data insights.
- Collaborate with trainers managers and leadership to enhance training strategies.
- Maintain a database of training materials and prepare reports.
- Evaluate employee performance and learning outcomes to refine training programs.
- Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) & Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to address skill gaps.
- Work with team leads peers and the quality team to ensure training effectiveness.
- Conduct onfloor coaching and knowledge assessments (PKT) for continuous learning.
- Support business objectives by coordinating with different functional teams.
