Job Title: SQL Data Engineer (Healthcare Domain)
Location: 100 Remote
Duration: LongTerm Contract

Job Summary:
We are hiring a highly skilled SQL Data Engineer with strong Java and ETL expertise to join our team supporting a leading healthcare client. The ideal candidate must have handson experience with Ab Initio Databricks and Java backend development to manage largescale data pipelines and drive data transformation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
v SQL Data Engineering & Development:
Design and optimize SQL queries stored procedures and database structures for highperformance data processing.
Develop and manage data pipelines and ETL workflows using Ab Initio and Databricks.
v ETL & Data Integration:
Extract transform and load (ETL) data from multiple sources into a centralized data warehouse.
Ensure data quality accuracy and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
v Java Backend Development:
Implement Javabased data transformation logic and backend API integrations.
Collaborate with software engineering teams to build scalable and secure data solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8 years of experience in SQL development and data engineering.
Handson expertise in Ab Initio Databricks and Java backend development.
Strong understanding of ETL processes data pipelines and data warehousing concepts.
Experience in healthcare data systems (HIPAA compliance and PHI data handling is a plus).
Proficiency in data modeling performance tuning and query optimization.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Kafka or other data streaming tools.
Knowledge of Spark Python or Scala for data processing.
Prior experience working in a healthcare analytics environment.
