Position Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern Fresher to join our dynamic HR team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kickstart their careers in talent acquisition. As an intern you will gain handson experience in recruitment processes supporting various tasks such as sourcing screening and scheduling while contributing to the overall recruitment strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Support in sourcing potential candidates through job portals LinkedIn and social media platforms to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Candidate Screening: Assist in reviewing resumes conducting initial screenings and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
- Job Posting & Advertisement: Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on different platforms (job boards LinkedIn etc. to attract top talent.
- Interview Coordination: Help schedule interviews liaise with candidates and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidate Communication: Provide timely updates to candidates addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Database Management: Assist in maintaining an organized candidate database ensuring the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is updated.
- Offer Letter Preparation: Support in drafting offer letters and onboarding documents ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Recruitment Metrics: Assist in tracking and reporting key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
- Employer Branding Support: Contribute to promoting the companys employer brand through social media and other platforms.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Support in building and nurturing a talent pool for future recruitment needs.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles for specific roles.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing recruitment events such as job fairs and webinars to enhance the companys visibility and attract talent.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or individuals keen on pursuing a career in talent acquisition.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and familiarity with job boards and platforms like LinkedIn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach in candidate interactions.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills able to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude eager to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
