Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled FM Operations Manager to oversee the operations within our FM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daytoday operations ensuring efficiency and implementing strategies to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the overall operations within the FM industry.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Manage and optimize resources to meet operational targets and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Identify and implement costsaving initiatives without compromising quality and service delivery.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make datadriven decisions.
- Proven track record of implementing operational improvements and costsaving initiatives.
- Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or relevant field (preferred).
- Certification in Operations Management (e.g. APICS Six Sigma) is a plus.
