Manager Social sustainability
In this role you will further develop YITs social sustainability and implement Grouplevel targets and processes with a special focus on due diligence and human rights. You will work as a part of the Group ESG team and closely with procurement constructing segments and enabling functions to develop our social sustainability measures in line with international frameworks stakeholder expectations and regulatory requirements.
You will be responsible for the development and of YITs human rights due diligence process and reporting and will support the rest of the ESG team and group function in questions pertaining to Social Sustainability issues.
As Manager Social sustainability at YIT you will play a critical role in promoting and ensuring the companys commitment to social responsibility within the construction and infrastructure sector. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities aimed at fostering positive social impact and ethical practices throughout our projects.
