Job Description

Due to internal staff movement we are seeking an Admin Assistant for our Perth office. This officebased role reports to the Office Manager and operates from 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. Remote work is not available for this position. Our Perth office hosts around 150 people with 4050 people present at any given time.

The role physically sits at our front desk as the sole receptionist. Other day to day tasks for the role include:

  • Administrative Support
    • Assisting with responding and attending general queries from the team (and office) and supporting in administrative tasks.
    • Supporting the team on bids and tenders ensuring that all documents are correctly formatted to our templates.
    • Preparing and analysing data for reporting purposes including regular data audits.
    • Ensuring that the team meets Business Management Systems (BMS) compliance.
    • Onboarding new employees.
  • Office Maintenance
    • Offering firstlevel technical support as required.
    • Keeping meeting rooms and kitchen areas clean and tidy.
    • Managing staff lockers.

Qualifications :

To be successful in your application we are looking for applications from people with the following:

  • Work Commitment
    • The ability and willingness to work at the Perth office every day (Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00.
  • Experience
    • At least one years of experience in a similar role preferably in a consultancy or professional services environment.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Experience with Dynamics 365 Teams and SharePoint is advantageous.
  • Customer Service
    • Strong customer service experience and a customerfocused approach.
    • Persistence and patience to follow the processes and push tasks forward chase for approvals as required and followup with the team to ensure compliance is met.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • A friendly and approachable personality.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
