Job Description
Are you passionate about empowering others through technology Join our team as a Microsoft 365 Trainer and help individuals unlock the full potential of Microsoft 365 tools!
If you have a knack for teaching a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 and a desire to make a real impact we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Plan prepare and deliver training in Microsoft 365 tools (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Teams among others).
- Adapt training content to different participant profiles (basic intermediate and advanced).
- Create and update teaching materials such as presentations manuals and handson exercises.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of the learners ensuring effective learning.
- Provide technical and pedagogical support to participants clarifying doubts and promoting good practices in the use of Microsoft 365 tools.
- Stay uptodate on new features and best practices in using Microsoft 365.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a trainer in Microsoft 365.
- Certification as a trainer (CCP Certificate of Pedagogical Skills) Valued
- Advanced mastery of the main Microsoft 365 tools.
- Ability to adapt to different audiences and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and didactics.
- Experience in the creation of pedagogical content.
- Valued experience in online training (Teams).
