The Senior HR Generalist will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing various human resources functions including operations recruitment employee relations and compliance. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Support the recruitment process in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team including job postings and onboarding of new employees.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns providing guidance and support to resolve issues effectively.
- Team Lead Support: Work closely with team leads and provide guidance on team issue and performance management.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make datadriven decisions.
- Compensation: Assist in the administration of compensation including salary reviews. Prepare and analyze spreadsheets in support of compensation decisions.
- HR Projects: Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives to support organizational goals and improve HR processes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR with at least 2 years in a generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite including strong skills in Excel and able to build pivot tables.
- HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) or Project Management certification is a plus.
