Job Description
Attached to the Supply Chain Planning Excellence Team within O&SC as a true change agent the Supply Planning Excellence Leader works with Material Planning community End to End throughout our factories distribution centers and commercial entities.
His goal is to maximize usage of tools (SAP IBP & S4 and enhance local competencies to achieve optimal customer services while keeping inventory under control.
SYSTEM / PROJECTS
- Finalize and Stabilize the Roll Out of the SAP S4 Hana Solution to all geographies and sites
- Support IT Business Analysts AMS with solving incidents capturing and Deploying Enhancements SAP IBP & S4 Hana to improve Suppliers Plan
- Participate to the project Supplier Digitalization in order to automatize transactional activities with external suppliers
- Manage the implementation of reporting tools (KPIs Controls Analytics) in the data hub / Power BI in support of our planning processes through different horizons (S&OP & S&OE)
PROCESS / PEOPLE
- Facilitate the community of Material Planners including the Key Users.
- Assess training needs for this community. Contribute to the build of the Planning Academy through ELearning and Trainings
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of standards through trainings and audits. Deploy them and train the teams: processes indicators key parameters etc.
- Work in collaboration with Purchasing Excellence to improve relationship between Buyers and Material Planners
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Masters degree in data analytics supply chain operations information technology
- at least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning and Inventory Management and Material Planning
- Handson experience with material planning
- Worked in a teambased and international environment
Competencies
Knowledge & Skills
- Interest in systems thorough knowledge of planning tools (ideally SAP) Experience in implementing SAP is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify and teach complex topics to users
- English proficiency level of B2/C1 is required for this crossfunctional position

- Ability to find his way in a complex environment and adapt his approach to deliver results to business

- Long Term Contract with limited international travels
