Role Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with financial software and systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in accounts payable or related field is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Process and verify invoices expense reports and payment requests
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and uptodate accounts payable records
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries
- Assist with monthend closing activities and reporting
- Support the finance team with adhoc tasks and projects
