Job Description
Seeking part time flexible skilled Private Duty Nurse for care of 100 dependent nonverbal young adult.Tasks include but are not limited to management of daily ordered medical and therapy interventions medication administration and feeding through Gtube and assistance with all ADLs within the clients integrated family home. Day shift tasks also include transportation to and from medical and therapy appointments and community activities (in patients vehicle). Day and evening shifts available.

Pay Range: $35 $40 per hour
QUALIFICATIONS:
Montana or Compact State Nursing License (RN)
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written.
Detail oriented.
Knowledge of standards and practices for managing acute and chronic conditions.
Strong assessment skills to identify and manage interventions for high needs nonverbal patient.
Critical thinking and problemsolving skills to develop care plans and respond to patient needs.
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams including nurses case managers pharmacy therapy and physicians/APPS to maximize patient care and meet evolving patient needs.
Respectful of personal property and privacy
Ability to move patient and heavy equipment
