Job Description
Commercial and Residential Management Group is looking for a Supervising Property Manager with great sales and teamleading abilities attention to detail and exceptional customer service for the apartment communities of Sylvan Terrace and Fir Terrace with a total of 97 units combined. Sylvan Terrace has a beautiful outdoor pool that is available for residents to use seasonally.
The Supervising Property Manager will be responsible for the daytoday property management including supervising and managing more than two direct reports marketing maintaining property integrity screening prospective residents collecting rents serving notices developing reports preparing agreements and seasonal pool opening/closing. There is a separate office to manage your staff and conduct work from.

Location: Sylvan Terrace (Portland) and Fir Terrace (Tigard)
Hourly Rate: $26$34/hr.
Schedule: FT MondayFriday 8am 5pm
Weekly Contracted Hours: 40 hrs.
Additional Compensation: A monthly $50.00 cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement for business related travel.

What you will bring as the Supervising Property Manager:
- One 1 year of previous property management experience is required.
- One 1 year of previous supervisory experience is required.
- Six 6 months of previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Previous pool maintenance is preferred.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Previous Entrata Property Management Software experience is preferred.
- Basic experience with MS365 including TEAMS Word Outlook and Excel.
- Basic math skills such as addition subtraction multiplication division and percentages.
- Ability to perform bookkeeping tasks involving collecting rent preparation of reports agreements etc.
- Good verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
- The ability to learn quickly while paying attention to detail.
- Strong marketing skills in order to competitively market the property.
- Strong supervisory and organizational skills with the ability to lead and direct others.
- Available for afterhours emergencies.
- Advanced knowledge of all city county state and federal Landlord Tenant and Fair Housing Laws; refrain from all illegal discrimination practices.
- Reliable transportation to travel between properties.
- Possess current and valid drivers license proof of insurance and clean driving record in order to run workrelated errands when needed.
