Gym & Spa Area Manager
Location: Manchesterbased with regular collaboration with our London team
Salary: 45000 plus bonus
We are a leading provider of highend residential gym and spa facilities dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for our residents. Our facilities combine luxury amenities with outstanding service to promote wellbeing and an elevated lifestyle.
The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Gym & Spa Area Manager to oversee multiple highend residential gym and spa facilities. The successful candidate will have a strong operational background with a focus on maintaining impeccable standards and delivering firstclass customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Provide operational support and guidance to ensure smooth daytoday running of facilities.
Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness maintenance and safety are consistently upheld.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to operational procedures and company policies.
Monitor financial performance ensuring budgets are met and resources are efficiently managed.
Customer Experience:
Design and implement strategies to enhance the customer journey.
Collaborate with residential management teams to align services with residents needs.
Drive resident engagement through innovative wellness programs and events.
Team Leadership:
Train mentor and manage onsite teams to deliver exceptional service.
Provide ongoing support to site managers ensuring they have the tools and guidance to succeed.
About you

Proven experience in an operational leadership role ideally within the leisure fitness or hospitality sectors.
Strong leadership and team management skills with a passion for motivating staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with residents and team members.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
A proactive solutionsfocused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Flexibility to travel between Manchester and London sites on a minimum monthly basis.
