Seamless Insure is a cuttingedge cloudnative SaaS platform transforming the insurance industry. We provide insurers brokers and agents with digital solutions that streamline policy management underwriting claims and customer interactions.
We are now looking for an Implementation Project Manager to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding of our clients onto the Seamless platform.

About the Position
- Lead client onboarding projects ensuring a smooth transition to the Seamless platform.
- Be the primary point of contact for clients managing communication and expectations.
- Customize and configure the platform to meet client needs.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure successful adoption.
- Work closely with product development and support teams to deliver highquality implementations.
- Identify and solve challenges quickly ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction.
What Were Looking For
Essential:
- Experience in project management preferably within the digital transformation space of the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Selfdriven and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel occasionally mostly within the Nordics.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with cloudbased solutions and SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of insurance portfolio migrations.
- Handson experience with JIRA Confluence AWS.
- Experience working with Scandinavian companies.
- Norwegian language proficiency is a plus.
